Capital Analyst
Roles
and Responsibilities
1.
Execute the recruitment process
- Identifying
targeted source of hiring to connect and build relationship, and create
pipelines to fill Ruma’s Talent needs
- Do,
research and reach out, both online and offline, to potential candidates, using
various, alternatives, creatives, and out-of-the-box method, that will redefine
the art of sourcing for talent
- Act
as the liasion officer between Ruma and whatever entity which has the potential
to become the pipeline to fill Ruma’s talent needs
2.
Identify training and development requirements
- Analyze
and develop training plan as per operation plans and/or activities
- Asses
training and development needs and design cost effective programs and
approaches to meet needs
- Implement
and evaluate the development plan
Qualifications :
- Bachelor
degree in any major with 1-3 years of experiences in recruitment, training,
sales or marketing
- Willing
to work based on Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali
- Interested
in building relationship with people
- Mastery
in the following skills :
- High
initiative
- Low profile
- Adaptable
to change
- A team-player
but also to work independent in the field
- Meticulousness
