A part-time Cleaning Apartements in Japan – March 2016

We are looking for person who can start working soon (now).
Job is cleaning our apartements. Our apartements are located 5 minutes walk from Keisei Tateishi station (4th stop from oshiage, skytree) East Tokyo.

Our apartment are temp-controlled all year around. 23 degree C, 73 degree F. It’s comfotable degrees all year around. Even in summer you can avoid working in a hot humid condition.

Also you don not speak Japanese nor talk in Japanese.

You can dye your hair, have pierces on your body while you are at work. We don’t judge people by the appearance, so any nationality is welcome.

Feel free to visit our apartements to see what is like between 9 a.m – 11 a.m or between 3 p.m and 5 p.m.

Our requirement :
- We are hiring a person who can clean the apartement to our standard level.
- We have time goal for each job.
- Our requirement for you is to get it done by estimated time.

Work Shift A
- 4 hours a day between 9 a.m and 1 p.m or 10 a.m and 2 p.m (depend on how much you’d like to work).
- Monday through Friday.
- Saturday, Sunday between 9 a.m and 1 p.m
*we can’t hire a person who can not work on Saturday and Sunday
- If there is no job on Saturday and Sunda, you can take days off.
- Wage 950 yen per hour (overtime wage 1,125 yen) + transportatioes.
- Saturday and Sunday 1,050 yen hour.
- While you’re packaging, you can listen to your music with earphone (i-pod)

Work Shift B
- 8 hours a day between (8 a.m and 5 p.m) or (9 a.m and 6 p.m)(1 hour break around noon).
- Monday through Friday.
- Wage 950 yen per hour (over-time wage 1,125 yen) + tranportatioes.
- Saturday and Sunday between 9 a.m – 1 p.m (wage 1,050 yen per hour).
- Overtime payment 1,125 yen per hour (after 8 hours a day, or 6th day of the week)
*we can’t hire a person who can’t work on Saturday and Sunday

Bonus
- While you’re cleaning, you can listen to your Music with earphone (i-pod).
- If you got 5 star review for cleaning all room from customer, 10,000 yen bonus each month.

Takanobu Shiina dan Surat Peserta Ujian S2 (Part 2)

Memang sejak lama, aku udah diberi predikat “NEKAT” oleh teman-temanku. Karena aku sendiri punya prinsip,.... “Selama orang lain bisa, kenapa aku gak ?” Kali ini, bukan tentang traveling ke Bromo yanghanya 67$ tetapi tentang studi di Jepang. Ketika itu, aku sudah lulus kuliah, jurusan Sosiologi di Universitas Sebelas Maret ( UNS ), tapi masih ngekos di sekitar kampus. Nah, kebetulan kosku itu dekat dengan wisma seni, semacam tempat menginap sekaligus tempat nongkrongnya para bule baik itu yang exchange student di UNS atau Institut Seni Indonesia ( ISI-Solo ) juga turis. Dari zaman kuliah memang sering banget nongkrong disana. Lumayanlah bisa belajar bahasa Inggris gratis.
