Recruitment ME and Data Base Officer in Save the Children Yogyakarta – March 2016
Save the Children is an international NGO and the world’s
top independent charity for children in need. Save the Children’s programs in
Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We are currently
seeking to fill the following position :
ME and Data Base Officer
1 position, based in Yogyakarta
Code : MEDBO-FF
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in one of the social sciences (e.g
education; sociology)
- 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of
bachelor’s degree
- Clear understanding of the research process acquired through
both practical and academic experience
- Demonstrate quantitative/qualitative analysis skills
- Proven experience organizing and managing interview-based
quantitative surveys in Bandung : hiring interviews, arraging logistics,
training interviews, managing the field work, organizing questionnaires,
managing data entry process, cleaning data
- Knowledge of the principles of social science research;
prior experience with randomized controlled trials is desired
- Advanced knowledge of software packages for data entry,
management and cleaning, CS Pro and Stata strongly preferred
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have interpersonal/human relations skills
- Have organizational and analytical skills
- Have ability to maintain confidetiality
